Terms and Conditions

By booking with Tails on Trails Pet Care, you agree to our service terms.

​

  • Bookings – All bookings are made through our client portal. Services are confirmed once they appear on your booking calendar.

  • Cancellations – Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for walks and visits, and 72 hours for overnight stays. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

  • Payments – Payment is due before or on the day of service. Late or unpaid invoices may attract fees.

  • Pet Health – Pets must be vaccinated, wormed, and on flea/tick prevention. Please let us know about any health or behavioural concerns before booking.

  • Emergencies – If urgent veterinary care is required, we will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be reached, we may authorise treatment in your pet’s best interests. Vet costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

  • Safety – Secure fencing, gates, and safe home access must be provided. We may shorten or reschedule walks in extreme weather.

  • Liability – We hold public liability insurance, but clients remain responsible for their pet’s actions and any resulting damage or injury.

  • Photos & Updates – We share regular updates and may use pet photos for social media or our website, unless you request otherwise.
